Participating in the ESOP program means employees are part owners of the company and benefit financially from a job well done. Our ESOP is a great benefit, as it ensures wealth opportunities for our employees that may be unachievable in a typical 401k retirement plan elsewhere. It’s provided to employees with no out-of-pocket cost. In this way, there is a direct incentive for employees to work hard and take pride in what they do. Shared ownership makes people part of something bigger than themselves and for this reason, we are 100% employee-owned.
